Hola, I'm Marien. I'm a family photographer in Pittsburgh, born in Venezuela, and a mom. My own photos of my dad are the reason I care so much about this: he was the one holding the camera, so there are almost none of him. That's why I make sure the parents end up in the pictures too. I talk the whole time, I play, I never say "smile", and the shy ones warm up in about ten minutes. Same for the dad who swears he hates photos. In English or Spanish, whichever your family speaks.
